Pilates is one of the very best activities for preparing your body for giving birth. Pre-natal Pilates is a whole sub-discipline in its own right, with a dedicated set of exercises meticulously developed to prepare your breathing and core muscles for what is a massive moment in your life.

Jenny Jenkins, mother of two boys and a specialist in prenatal Pilates, will guide you through a series of Pilates exercises that will ensure that you stay attuned to your evolving body over the course of your pregnancy, as well as helping to prepare your body for the birth .
